Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO)

Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Officer is legally required in Singapore for:

  • Workplaces with High-Risk operations

  • Large-scale workplaces - i.e. Any factory employing 100 or more people

  • Shipyards

  • Petroleum processing plants/factories

  • Construction projects valued at ≥ S$10 million

WSH Officers play a vital role in creating and maintaining safe, healthy, and compliant workplaces. Our qualified and experienced WSH Officers work closely with organizations to identify hazards, assess risks, and implement effective control measures in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Through regular site inspections, safety audits, training, and incident investigations, our WSH Officers help reduce workplace risks, prevent accidents, and promote a strong safety culture. Workplace Safety & Health Coordinator (WSHC)

WSH Coordinators are required for any workplace

  • Construction projects valued at ≤S$ 10 million

  • Lower Risk Projects - They are generally needed for lower-risk projects or in industries such as manufacturing and marine to assist in implementing safety procedures.

  • General Workplace Requirement - Under the Workplace Safety and Health Act, any prescribed workplace that does not require a WSH Officer (WSHO) may require a WSH Coordinator to ensure safety compliance.

WSH Coordinators support organizations in managing and coordinating day-to-day workplace safety and health activities. They assist in implementing safety policies, monitoring worksite conditions, and ensuring that safety measures are consistently applied across operations.

Working closely with management, supervisors, and workers, our WSH Coordinators help facilitate risk assessments, toolbox meetings, safety inspections, and incident reporting. Their hands-on approach strengthens safety awareness, improves compliance with regulatory requirements, and supports the development of a positive and sustainable safety culture.

Confined Space Assessors

Confined Space Assessors play a critical role in ensuring the safety of workers involved in confined space activities. Our competent assessors evaluate confined spaces to identify hazards such as toxic atmospheres, oxygen deficiency, and physical risks, and recommend appropriate control measures before entry is allowed.

Through thorough assessments, risk evaluations, and verification of safe entry requirements, our Confined Space Assessors help organizations comply with regulatory requirements, prevent serious incidents, and ensure confined space work is carried out safely and effectively.

Work At Height Assessors & Managers

Work at Height Managers play a key role in planning, assessing and managing activities involving work at height to ensure they are carried out safely and in compliance with regulatory requirements. Our competent managers establish safe work procedures, conduct risk assessments, and ensure appropriate fall prevention and protection measures are in place.

By coordinating work activities, supervising safety controls, and ensuring workers are properly trained, our Work at Height Managers help minimize fall risks, prevent serious incidents, and promote a strong safety culture across all work-at-height operations.
